FAQs
Do you take my insurance?
We do not accept insurance, and by default are out-of-network providers. This creates a great environment to provide:
Better outcomes in fewer visits
One-on-one care with a more personalized approach.
Eliminates headaches from referrals, authorizations, and denied claims
An awesome experience from start to finish, no 3rd party included.
Do you accept HSA’s/FSA’s?
Yes! We are an accepted use of these benefits as a medical provider. We can provide all necessary documentation and many our patients choose to utilize this benefit.
Can I submit a claim to my health insurance company for reimbursement?
Yes! If you wish to submit a claim, we are able to provide you with a “superbill” which details the treatment you receive from us. You are then able to submit this to your insurance company to potentially receive partial reimbursement for your visit. We do not submit claims for you.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
No! Colorado is a direct access state, which means you can come directly to us without needing a prescription or referral. However, if you are planning on submitting a claim to your insurance company, you should check with them to see if they require a prescription prior to your first appointment.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends! Each condition is different and each person’s body is different. After your initial evaluation, we will discuss the recommended course of treatment and create a plan together.
